The document sets out the procedural rules to guarantee transparency and correctness of transactions with parties related to Telecom Italia Media S.p.A. performed by the company directly or through its subsidiaries, pursuant to the Regulation adopted by CONSOB with resolution no. 17221/2010. The procedure will be applied from January 1, 2011.
