The historical prices of Telecom Italia Media Ordinary and Savings shares are recalculated taking into account the effects of the reverse stock split on the basis of 1 new share every 10 existing shares, effective since April 19, 2010, and the stock correction factor, equal to 0.524677 for the ordinary shares and to 0.609017 for the savings shares, fixed by the Italian Stock Exchange due to the Capital Increase started in May 24, 2010.
